How Amazon Career Choice Works
Amazon Career Choice operates as a prepaid tuition program, not a reimbursement program. This is a critical distinction. Amazon pays your school directly before you start classes — you never see a bill and never have to pay out of pocket and wait to be reimbursed.
Annual tuition assistance is up to $5,250 per year with no lifetime limit. Associates are no longer required to pay any amount upfront. Tuition and fees are covered before classes begin.

Who Is Eligible for Amazon Career Choice
Career Choice is available to all full- and part-time blue badge hourly employees who have been employed for at least 90 days. Before You Enroll
- Confirm your eligibility. You must have been employed as a blue badge hourly Amazon employee for at least 90 days. Check your status in the A-to-Z app under Resources → Career Choice.
