Refund Policy
Marketing College is committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process for all students.
Full Refund: Students who withdraw before the first class session begins are entitled to a full refund of tuition paid.
Partial Refund: Students who withdraw after the first session but before completing 25% of the program are entitled to a 50% refund.
No Refund: No refund will be issued after a student has completed 25% or more of the program.
How to Request a Refund: Submit a written refund request to [email protected]. Requests will be processed within 10 business days.
WIOA-Funded Students: Refunds for students funded through WIOA Individual Training Accounts will be handled in accordance with the applicable workforce board policies.
