Grievance and Equal Opportunity Policy

Marketing College is committed to resolving all complaints fairly and promptly.

Step 1 — Informal: Contact us directly [email protected] within 15 days of the incident. We respond within 5 business days.

Step 2 — Formal: If unresolved, submit a written complaint within 30 days. We will respond in writing within 30 days of receipt.

Step 3 — External Appeal: Contact Wyoming DWS at [email protected] or the U.S. Department of Labor, Civil Rights Center, 200 Constitution Ave NW, Washington, DC 20210.

Retaliation against anyone filing a grievance in good faith is strictly prohibited. Marketing College is an Equal Opportunity provider.
